Netiquette

As a museum, we see ourselves as a place of dialogue and interaction. That is why we welcome visitors and followers to get in touch with us via email, mail and comments or direct messages on social media. In order to ensure respectful communication also via internet, even in the event of disagreement or criticism, we ask you kindly to observe our netiquette. We reserve the right not to respond in the event of a breach of these policies in letters via mail, mail or direct messages and to delete public comments on social media.

Rules

Please always formulate your texts respectfully and constructively in case of criticism.

The following types of content will not be tolerated:

  • Insults
  • Discrimination and defamation of persons on the basis of their gender, sexual orientation, origin, religion, age, disability or income status
  • Antidemocratic and extreme political statements
  • Content advocating violence
  • Content that violates applicable law
  • Defamation and defamatory statements
  • Personal and person-related data concerning others may not be published by you.
     

Public comments that violate the above set of rules will be deleted without warning. Persons or users who repeatedly violate the rules will be blocked or banned.

We also reserve the right to delete public comments and content that contain insinuations, suspicions or theories that cannot be substantiated by reputable sources.
