Groups

We would be happy to welcome you and your group to the Hamburger Kunsthalle. If you intend to come with a group, there are various options for your visit.

Licenced tour

If you are coming with your own art educator, book a licenced tour. There is a licence fee of €20 per group plus the group rate per person.

Group registration

If you are visiting the museum without your own art educator, the licence fee does not apply and you simply pay the group rate per person.

Private guided tour

You can also book a group tour with one of our art educators to see the collection or a special exhibition.

Group rate: The group rate is €14 per person (for groups of eight or more).
The respective tickets are available both online in our online shop and at the museum box offices on site.

Group registration: No further costs for registration, group rate per person.

Licence fee: The licence fee is €20 per group.

Please note that group visits of eight or more persons must always be registered in advance, even without a guided tour. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, please contact customer relations. The following information is required:

• Your address
• The number of persons (max. 25 people)
• Are you bringing your own art educator? 
• Which area of the museum would you like to visit? (collection, exhibitions)
• Your preferred date and time for the visit

A group-only registration (without art educator) is possible via e-mail to customer relations at: besucherbuero@hamburger-kunsthalle.de or via webform. We will be pleased to check the availability of your preferred date, however, please allow at least a two weeks’ notice.
